At GRID UNKNOWN Apparel, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Free Shipping
GRID UNKNOWN Apparel currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping offer will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of GRID UNKNOWN Apparel's control.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, GRID UNKNOWN Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact GRID UNKNOWN Apparel as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and products.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary. Customers receiving orders outside the United States may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or other import fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
